Operator turned builder.

I spent the first chapter of my career as an operator: strategy consulting, medtech, fintech, and private equity. I learned to read a business as a system with economics, not a pile of features. Then the tooling caught up to the ambition, and I moved from analyzing systems to building them.

Today I am co-founder of AuraPath AI, an AI-native enablement agency and a selected Anthropic partner. We ship production AI for founders and operators, then keep it healthy on retainer. The work that excites me most puts Claude in the loop for real, recurring work, not thin one-shot demos.

I am also Anthropic's Claude Community Leader for New York City, where I host the Learn Claude Code workshop series and run focused labs in fintech, legal, private equity, and education.

The through-line in everything I build is autonomy. I am working toward an AI-only software factory, a system where humans set the objective function and agents operate the loop. I write about that, and about the things I build along the way, in the journal.

Outside the work, I am a new dad in New York, which has a way of sharpening every decision about what is actually worth the time.
